Read An Agreement
A model reads the agreement and pulls out the terms the check needs: parties, mark-up or rate, payment terms, risk. Each with its clause and a quote copied from the text. Then the tool checks every quote word for word, and sets the terms against the file.
Each agreement against the policy, clause by clause; drafts from the policy.
Invented or public agreements only. The text is sent through OpenRouter to anthropic/claude-opus-5.5, on the operator's own account, and to providers that do not keep it for training. Never a client's document. What comes back is marked Suggestion: it becomes an agreement item that a team member reviews against the document.
No model is connected on this deployment. The reading works once an OpenRouter key is set.
