Transcript
  1. Opening. tp.alp: transfer pricing at arm's length. A workbench for a transfer pricing team.
  2. A Year In Pieces. A transfer pricing year arrives in pieces. A policy, signed agreements, the accounts – and an email chasing what has not come. All of it has to agree before anything is filed.
  3. It Reads The File. tp.alp reads the file: 7 entities, 5 controlled transactions, 8 documents. Each document is hashed as it arrives, so it can be shown later that nothing moved.
  4. What Each Entity Owes. Then it works out what each Cyprus entity owes, rule by rule. For 2022 to 2025 the Tax Department publishes €1,000,000 per category and €5,000,000 for financing – FAQ question 52. A loan counts by its maximum principal: €18,000,000, not the €882,000 of interest.
  5. Benchmarking. Benchmarking. The screening is a suggestion, and counts for nothing on its own. A person decides each company, with a reason – here Niki Papas, against the suggestion. The range uses only the companies a person accepted: 5.84% to 7.54%. Shared Services Ltd earned 6.40% – within it.
  6. The Agreement Against The Policy. Each agreement is checked against the policy, clause by clause. The agreement for Shared services to Germany says 60 days; the policy says 30 days. Flagged for a person. The tool changes nothing.
  7. The Spine. Nothing tp.alp prepares is final. A team member reviews it, a manager verifies it, a partner confirms it – each saying what they looked at. Change anything an item rests on, and its sign-offs reopen.
  8. The Evidence Pack. And the proof is kept: every document and every item hashed, every sign-off with who, when and what. Nothing exports as final until it is confirmed.
  9. Closing. The tool prepares. People decide. The proof is kept.

The music is made in your browser as the film plays: a few soft chords, no recording. Every figure is this demonstration's own, read from the invented file as it stands now; the thresholds come from the rule library, with their sources on the rules page. Doe & Roe LLC and Meridian Orchard Group are invented.
