DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT between Helios Lane Development Ltd (Developer) and Helios Lane Inc. (Client)
4.1 The Client pays the Developer its costs plus a mark-up of 10%.
4.3 Invoices are payable within 45 days.
