PLATFORM LICENCE AGREEMENT between Helios Lane IP Ltd (Licensor) and Helios Lane Inc. (Licensee)
3.1 The Licensee pays a royalty of 6% of its net sales of products using the Platform.
3.3 Royalties are payable within 60 days of each quarter end.
7.1 The Licensor bears the risk of the Platform losing value.
