Running It For Real

What it would take to run this inside the firm, for one team, on real engagements.

1. Inside the firm's environment.

   The firm's single sign-on instead of View As; its document system as the place every file lives, referenced by the items; hosting and models approved by the firm. Nothing of the demonstration's hosting carries over.

2. The practice's rules.

   The practice confirms the rules library line by line and owns it after; the quartile definition, the adjustment point and the house template become its settings.

3. Its data sources.

   The licensed comparables database through its export or API into the benchmarking study; the trial balances from the client's extracts; market data as here.

4. What a partner will ask for next.

   Each is a pilot item, on the same spine as everything here:

   • The Local File in the firm's house Word template, and as a PDF.
   • Every year of an engagement, with last year's file opened from the archive for the roll-forward.
   • The Master File, produced and tracked like the Local File.
   • The country-by-country notification drafted; the report itself stays with the parent.
   • The working attached to a sign-off, hashed with it, so the evidence is exactly what was signed.

5. One team, one season.

   A handful of engagements end to end, measured against last year's hours on the same clients, and against the quality reviewer's findings.
